       Pare Corporation has a Geotechnical Senior Project Engineer position available for a licensed professional engineer with at least 15 years of direct geotechnical engineering experience with foundation systems, retaining walls, earth support, slopes, ground improvements and other geotechnical features. The position applies extensive knowledge of principles and practices to support a broad range of civil, waterfront and dam engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction plans/specifications, project management, client management, proposal execution, and business development. GEO-GSPE-04-21
     
      Pare Corporation has a Civil Senior Project Engineer position available with 8+ years of experience with a passion for the design of site and infrastructure projects.  The position applies extensive knowledge of principles and practices to a broad range of assignments and projects to support and/or manage several projects of major or moderate scope with complex features. Design components include site design, grading, stormwater management, utility design, field reconnaissance, sustainable/green infrastructure design, report preparation, and construction administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, client management, proposal development and business development.  LEED Accreditation or ENV Sustainability experience is encouraged. (CIV-SPE-03-21)
     
      Pare Corporation has a position available for an Environmental Managing Engineer with 15+ years of experience in water supply and/or wastewater-related engineering.  Water and wastewater treatment experience is a plus, but not required.  This position applies extensive knowledge of principles and practices to a broad range of assignments and projects to support and/or manage a major project or several projects of moderate scope with complex features. The ideal candidate will have very strong project management skills and technical capabilities. Public outreach, including comfort with public presentations, business development and a demonstrated history of client relations is a plus. (ENV-ME-04-21)
     
      Pare Corporation has a position available for a Civil Engineer I with entry level to three years of experience. This position will support civil engineering projects, including site design, grading, stormwater design, utility design, field reconnaissance, report preparation, and construction administration activities.  Task assignments will be designed to develop professional engineering technical work skills and abilities to foster a strong engineering career at Pare Corporation.       Pare Corporation has a position available for a Highway/Traffic Managing Engineer with 10 to 20 years of experience in transportation engineering.  Experience in all components of traffic engineering including performing traffic impact studies, parking studies, and traffic signal design is required.  Public outreach, including comfort with public presentations, business development and a demonstrated history of client relations is a plus.  This position applies extensive knowledge of principles and practices to a broad range of assignments and projects to support and/or manage a major project or several projects of moderate scope with complex features. (TRN-HTME-04-21)
     
      Pare Corporation is looking to expand our dam engineering group with the addition of a Dam Senior Project Engineer with at least 15 years of direct dam engineering experience inclusive of evaluation and design of the types of aging dams that dominate the New England landscape.  The prospective candidate shall be a licensed professional engineer experienced in the development of construction plans/specifications, project management, client management, proposal development, and business development.  The ideal candidate will also possess a passion for addressing the many challenges and opportunities confronting the region’s public and private dam owners.  GEO-DSPE-04-21
     
      Pare Corporation has a position available for a Senior Structural Project Engineer with 10+ years of experience. This individual must have a passion for the design of building projects, strong client relation aptitudes, and the skills to lead the technical requirements of projects. Job components include assisting the Managing Structural Engineer in planning and managing assignments, directing and coordinating structural staff, and actively participating in design activities.       Pare Corporation has a position available for a Project or Senior Project Level Environmental Engineer with 10+ years of experience in water supply and/or wastewater-related engineering.  Water and wastewater treatment experience is a plus, but not required.  This position applies extensive knowledge of principles and practices to a broad range of assignments and projects to support and/or manage a major project or several projects of moderate scope with complex features. The ideal candidate will have very strong technical capabilities and project management experience. (ENV-PE-02-02-21)
     
      Pare Corporation has a position available for a Geotechnical Engineer (I or II) with entry level to five years of experience.  This position will support geotechnical engineering for waterfront, dam, and site/civil engineering projects, including foundation systems, retaining walls, earth support, slopes, ground improvements and other geotechnical features. Task assignments will be designed to develop professional engineering work skills & abilities in order to foster a strong foundation for an engineering career at Pare Corporation.       Pare Corporation has the position of Resident Project Representative available for a qualified individual with field observation experience and a passion for infrastructure construction projects.  This role serves as the liaison between Pare’s Project Team and  field personnel, including but not limited to clients, residents, business owners & residents adjacent to site, construction staff, contractors, project owner, and owner  representatives.  The individual must have strong communication and technical skills to  make clarifications and decisions in the field while work is being completed.
