Pare Corporation is pleased to announce the recent hiring of David Loring, P.E., LEED AP, ENV SP in the role of Vice President. Loring has 30 years of broad-based civil engineering consulting experience throughout Massachusetts. His recent experience has been in the areas of site-related infrastructure and transportation, but his resume includes a full range of water, stormwater, flood protection, and energy infrastructure projects. He has been a trusted client advisor for strategic planning, funding opportunities and project execution. Loring is credentialed as a LEED-Accredited Professional, an Envision Sustainability Professional, and maintains a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License.

Loring is a graduate of Western New England University and serves on their College of Engineering Advisory Board. He is treasurer for the Massachusetts Tri-county Highway Superintendents’ Association in western Massachusetts and has been active in multiple professional organizations.
