Pare is excited to be working with the Bernon Mills Project Team to support the conversion of this 3.9-acre mill built in 1827 on the banks of the Blackstone River into a new retail, office, and residential mixed-use complex. Pare is supporting the project with environmental, site/civil, traffic, and geotechnical engineering services.
