Pare’s David Caouette, P.E. presented at the Association of State Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO) Dam Safety 2021 Conference. His presentation addressed lessons learned during the implementation of a permeation grouting program at two dams, the emergency response to a rain/snowmelt event which raised impoundment levels 5 feet in less than 24-hours, and an emergency repair due to repeated beaver activity at the spillway.
