Orsi, P.E. was a moderator for Concurrent Session 3: What’s New in Roller Compacted Concrete on September 19th. Andrew Cummings assisted with the moderation of Lightning Talks on September 20th. Matthew Bellisle and David Caouette, P.E. spoke on September 21st about our full rehabilitation work on the Stiles Reservoir Dam, a dam plagued by decades of problems.
