Pare provides a full range of services associated with environmental site assessments, from performing historical site review and investigations (Phase I); developing and implementing sampling and analysis programs (Phase II); to the development of plans for site remedial action and contaminant mitigation (Phase III). Pare has performed hundreds of environmental assessments for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
The cumulative experience of our personnel includes work in compliance with federal regulations (RCRA, CERCLA, and SARA) and the requirements of the states of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Maryland, and New Jersey. In addition, environmental investigations are conducted in conformance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standards on environmental site assessments for commercial real estate.
