Mr. Nehring is a professional engineer with over eight years of experience in the planning and designing of geotechnical engineering projects. He has demonstrated strong engineering leadership skills, leading multi-disciplined engineering teams supporting project engineering goals and objectives. Mr. Nehring has a broad technical background which includes geotechnical engineering, mining engineering, and civil engineering. Technical competencies include geotechnical drilling practices and laboratory testing procedures; shallow and deep foundation designs including spread footings, drilled piers, piles and caissons; earth-retraining structures including MSE structures; forensic investigations of soil related problems including pavement and building distress; slope stability and settlement analyses; geotechnical site characterization; and geotechnical engineering oversight.
