Pare Corporation is pleased to announce that Lisa Goyer, PE, has returned to Pare as Vice President in the Environmental Division. Goyer has more than 25 years of experience in the drinking water industry, specializing in water treatment, distribution system design, hydraulic modeling, and GIS asset management. As a Project Manager and Client Liaison, Goyer has excelled in the planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and operation of public water systems and infrastructure.

Goyer first joined Pare in 2015 as a Senior Project Engineer. She left the firm for several years to pursue other opportunities before returning to Pare. Goyer has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She is a registered Professional Engineer in four New England States (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire) and a certified water system operator in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island (4D).
