Pare Corporation was the primary engineer for the site design, permitting and preparation of construction documents for a new elementary charter school building. Pare also performed structural engineering, geotechnical engineering and transportation engineering services. Tasks included evaluation of off-site impacts to adjacent roadways; site design including drainage, utilities, sanitary sewer, water distribution, driveway and parking lot layout; design of exterior play space; environmental permitting; and construction services.

Pare performed environmental review and investigation work on a parallel track to our design, engineering, and permitting services. Pare was responsible for performing an environmental due diligence prior to construction, implementing a site investigation program during construction, and developing a remedial action work plan to bring the site into compliance with the State’s Site Remediation. Pare also assisted the owner with public notice and public workshops in accordance with the State’s Industrial Property Remediation and Re-Use Act.
