Pare was retained by the Quonset Development Corporation to prepare design plans and contract documents for site improvements to Davisville Pier 2 located within the Quonset Business Park.

The overall goal of this project was to relocate the existing underground water main, high-voltage electric ducts, and railroad tracks outside of the work limits of future contracts that will replace the existing bulkhead structure and provide an expansion of the pier. The project was divided into three contracts to facilitate phasing of the work. Pare provided full-time construction observation for the relocation of the water line and electrical duct bank.
