Pare Corporation was retained by the Town of Lincoln to perform a detailed feasibility study of four possible sites for a new middle school. Pare’s investigation involved collecting and analyzing data from numerous sources, conducting field inspections of the four sites, and preparing Conceptual Development Plans. Pare ranked the development potential of the four sites and presented the findings to the Town for final site selection.
The Town then selected an architectural design team—for which Pare was the primary engineer—to design the project. Pare was responsible for comprehensive site design for a new 135,000-SF middle school, as well as all structural and geotechnical engineering services associated with the building. The project included evaluation of off-site impacts to adjacent roadways; site design including drainage and utilities, driveway and parking lot layout; athletic field design; and environmental permitting.
Construction observation of all site work components was also provided.
