Pare Corporation was selected by the project architect to provide a full spectrum of integrated engineering design services for a new MRI facility in Plymouth, Massachusetts. These services included the evaluation of the previously undeveloped site for geotechnical and regulatory concerns prior to undertaking schematic and final design of the new structure, including geotechnical recommendations which aided our in-house site designers in developing a ‘balanced site’ that utilized available materials and limited the need for imported fill.

Pare also performed site development, septic design, and structural design for the 6,000 square foot building. Site development included grading, site improvements, utilities, drainage, an underground infiltration drainage system, a septic system design, parking lot layout, and permitting with the Town of Plymouth. It also included designing the location and access for a mobile MRI.

Once design was completed, Pare continued to assist the project architect and owner through the construction phase.
