Pare Corporation was contracted to provide design services for the master planning of a new 250-room, 4-story hotel at the existing Twin River Casino in Lincoln, RI. The scope of work included assessing the site and parking needs, assessing the existing utilities, designing the layout of the parking and loading areas, and designing a drainage and stormwater management system that accommodated the increased impervious area.

The hotel project was divided into two phases and construction documents and specifications were developed for the first phase which included 136 guest rooms and suites, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and some meeting spaces. The layout will allow for the second phase to be constructed if the demands for the hotel warrant it.

In a separate task, Pare was retained to provide design and construction services for reconfiguring the VIP parking lot for the casino. The previous VIP parking lot was in the area occupied by the new hotel. Security and accessibility were primary considerations for the parking reconfiguration.

Pare is currently providing engineering services for a spa addition to the hotel, as well as a gaming addition to the casino.
