Pare provides a wide variety of planning services for our clients ranging from comprehensive land use planning, urban planning for downtown and waterfront revitalization, master planning, harbor and waterfront management planning, wastewater facility plans, and demographic studies, to revisions to zoning, development regulations, and impact fee ordinances. Our interdisciplinary staff of planners and engineers work collaboratively on these assignments to provide clients with the breadth of expertise required to address all considerations. Through public outreach programs we assure that projects are embraced by the community.
