Pare’s environmental engineers have been engaged by clients throughout New England for our expertise in potable water supply and wastewater management. Pare has remained on the cutting edge of emerging technology in the waterworks industry, including the development and refinement of computer models of water systems, and the use of these models to complete in-depth hydraulic evaluations. Our clients range from some of the smallest rural community water systems to some of the largest water systems in New England—some serving hundreds of thousands of customers. Through the planning and design of wastewater facilities, Pare has participated in the important task of water pollution control. Our services and expertise respond to the needs of an aging infrastructure, found especially in the Northeast.
We also provide comprehensive stormwater management evaluation and design services. These services range from MS4 Inventory and Compliance to individual investigations of illicit connections to stormwater systems, design of Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) facilities, the development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, and Low-Impact Development and Green Infrastructure design. Climate change and resiliency planning are frequently included as well.
Pare’s staff of wetland scientists are extremely knowledgeable regarding wetlands regulations and permitting. They specialize in providing accurate, detailed, and comprehensive wetland delineations and have an excellent record of regulatory agency approvals/verification of their mapping and permit applications.
