Al has more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction oversight of various site, civil, and transportation projects. He manages Pare’s construction services group, which provides construction observation and/or construction administration for projects designed by Pare or in support of other consultants/owners. He also ensures construction-phase compliance with the requirements of state agencies such as RIDOT, MADOT, RIDEM, and MADEP. Al’s project experience includes road design and reconstruction, pavement management, landfill/solid waste facilities, site improvements, bike paths, drainage and utility improvements, bridges, waterfront structures, dams, water supply facilities, wastewater facility design, structural building renovations, and beach erosion control.
