Lance has over 20 years of experience leading staff and developing and implementing complex business processes and engineering/construction projects. During his career, he has held appointed positions in public service as the Director of Public Works and City Engineer. Lance is leading Pare’s new “Business Strategies” group which brings our marketing, proposal management, and business development functions into one cohesive unit as we continue to expand our markets and geographic reach.
