Larry Riggs is a registered professional engineer with more than 40 years of experience in the management, design and construction oversight of a wide variety of civil, structural, environmental, and transportation-related projects. In 1982 Larry became Director of Professional Operations for Pare, and he has served as the firm’s President since 1986.

He is a Founding Member and Past President of the Rhode Island Consulting Engineers (now ACEC-RI), former Chairman of Crossroads Rhode Island (formerly Travelers Aid), and current member of the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Foundation of Rhode Island. He was honored by the Providence Engineering Society with the Humanitarian of the Year Award in 2004 and the Freeman Award in 2019.
