Lisa has technical expertise in water resources, wastewater, and stormwater work pertaining to municipalities. Project Manager functions include project management, engineering design, proposal development, client liaison, project budget control, coordinating and implementation of project scheduling, oversight of multi-discipline design teams including junior engineers and/or designers, and preparation and management of work plans and budgets. Engineering duties involve conceptual and preliminary design and evaluations, hydraulic modeling, GIS database management, pilot testing, bench-scale testing, process design, final design, permitting, coordination of construction plans and specifications, cost estimating and construction administration.
