Paul has more than 34 years of experience in various roles on environmentally related projects, including extensive experience developing and implementing strategic permitting programs, including managing the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) and Environmental Assessments/ Environmental Impact Statements (EAs/EISs). He is proficient in managing the preparation of Wetlands and Waterways-related permits for infrastructure improvement, water supply/wastewater, transportation, and other construction projects.
