Walter recently joined Pare as a Senior Vice President and Manager of the Transportation Division. Walter has 28 years of diverse experience, including managing the transportation divisions of national and regional consulting firms, serving as the MassDOT District 6 Highway Director, and serving at the municipal level as the Director of Public Works and the Town Engineer for the Town of Milton, MA.
